As a parent of teen athletes, I know how demanding sports can be on young bodies and minds. This class will guide the teens through a series of specific stretches to increase flexibility which helps to prevent injury on the field/court. Other areas of focus include hip mobility, core strength and stability to improve overall athletic performance. Additionally, teens are taught breathing techniques to help them stay calm under pressure, improving mental focus during critical moments in the game.

We’ll begin with a grounding, all-levels outdoor yoga flow on the turf grass, practicing beneath the cozy glow of heat lamps. From there, we’ll move inside the hotel ballroom for a candle-lit intention setting ritual, complete with yoga blankets, bolsters, and cushions—warm, supported, and deeply relaxing.
You’ll be guided through gentle reflection, with beautiful journals provided and time to write and connect with what you’re calling in for the year ahead.
We’ll close the experience in the Sunset Lounge, gathering for a nourishing, elevated build-your-own salad experience—overflowing with colorful produce, crunchy textures, and flavorful finishes—plus relaxed community connection with a stunning view!
