Gentle Flow & Restorative Yoga with Manda

The best of both worlds! This class combines dynamic movement (flow) with relaxing and supported postures (restore). It aims to provide a balanced experience for both the body and mind, often involving a combination of slower vinyasa flow movements with restorative, and/or yin yoga styles.

Lots of props are used to help support and relax the body such as yoga bolsters, blocks and yoga blankets (all provided).
