Power Yoga

The best work-out (physical) and work-in (mental) around! This class emphasizes physical strength, flexibility, and endurance. It is a dynamic and vigorous style that incorporates elements of Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. Key characteristics include a fast-past flow to keep the heart rate elevated, a focus on strength to challenge the body and build muscle strength, as well as incorporating elements of athletic training. After 50 minutes of movement you will thoroughly enjoy the cold lavender towel in savanna (corpse pose)!
