Mat Pilates with Shane

This upbeat mat pilates class focuses on full-body movement, mobility, core connection and breath awareness. Props such as ankle weights and a pilates ball are used to support strength, balance and control. This class will leave you feeling strong, aligned and ready to take on the day.
