Pilates Strength + Stretch with Maria

A feel good blend of pilates-based strength work with slow, stretchy releases at the end. We'll use ankle weights, light handheld weights, resistance bands and pilates balls to tone and strengthen, then unwind with juicy, lengthening stretches as the end. Low impact, super effective & no non-sense for an effective, lunch-time movement break. Appropriate for beginners to seasoned practitioners.
