Beginner Classical Mat Pilates with Bella C.

This class is based on classical pilates principles that are made up of low-impact exercises that build strength, improve posture, and support a mind-body connection. Props are sometimes incorporated on the mat such as a pilates ball, resistance bands, weights, and the pilates circle.
